HOW MUCH OF MY TIME WILL THE PROCESS REQUIRE?
We structure the process so that your involvement is only required at key decision-making points. We handle preparing options, communicating with contractors, sourcing materials, and resolving most day-to-day issues. You always know what’s happening, without having to manage the renovation yourself every day.
WHAT IF MY NEEDS OR PREFERENCES CHANGE?
At the beginning of the project, we take the time to understand your lifestyle, habits, and how you use your space. If new ideas arise along the way, we discuss them and incorporate changes at the stages where this can be done without compromising the timeline or quality of the project.
HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE PROJECT BUDGET?
Before we begin the design process, we discuss your desired renovation budget and select solutions that align with it. We prepare detailed procurement schedules to make your expenses as clear and predictable as possible.
HOW LONG DOES THE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS TAKE?
The timeline depends on the complexity and size of the project. For spaces under 100 sq. m., the design process typically takes 3–4 months, while implementation usually takes around one year.
